Traps are simply dead ends organizations get into because existing energies, actions and beliefs are preventing other energies, actions and beliefs from coming into play when they're needed. Traps will be felt by all staff members in different ways. Signs are what they feel and say when a trap is starting to form.

There are little traps that happen almost every day, and there are big traps that can actually prevent companies and organizations from operating successfully.
